Job Title – HR Business Partner Jobs in Eagle Farm -Queensland, Australia

Responsibilities:

Actively coaching and business partnering with leaders within your own client group, providing HR advice and solutions on a broad range of generalist HR activities.
Performing end to end recruitment for your client group.
Contributing to and driving our company values by way of HR initiatives and change management programs.

Playing a major role in developing and implementing talent management, leadership and development, diversity and inclusion and engagement activities across the business.
Assisting in building the EVP and HR Branding framework.
Occasional travel to our various sites in QLD, WA and SA.

Educational requirements:

Degree qualified in HR.
Confident influencing skills.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, particularly blue collar.
Fun, innovative and daring.
Exposure to Success Factors (or similar) beneficial but not essential.

Experience requirements:

5+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with a bias towards recruitment and organisational development
