Responsibilities:

Lead all IT Initiatives across the Consumer Retail business.

Lead a team who provides technical and operational support to ensure the systems operate effectively and reliably.

Align IT with business/ corporate priorities, strategies, and operation models.

Recommends long-term improvements and changes to the organization’s IT systems to support future business direction and growth.

Manage the ongoing operation and capital expenses including budgeting.

Manage relationships with external service providers and provide project & subject matter expert support in your area of expertise.

Responsible for the project management and delivery of IT Business Strategy.

Advice individual departments on process, automation, and industry best practices

People- Management:

Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the GMG’s performance management process.

Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to achieve the defined goals.

Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs, and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement.
