Job Title -SENIOR SPECIALIST RESEARCH Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the institutional system for the application of studies, measuring public opinion, by conducting studies that reveal the satisfaction and the needs and expectations of the concerned/relevant groups

Lay the foundations and criteria for the implementation of the mechanism studies, measuring public opinion at the district level
Prepare a general plan for research, studies and projects, related to the measurement and identification of the expectations of the concerned / interested groups at the district level
Prepare the operational plan for studies of annual surveys, measuring public opinion and the needs and expectations of the concerned / interested groups at the district level

Oversee the preparation and development of studies on Palmnion / categoriesconcerned, in cooperation with the relevant organizational units, and based on best practices and international standards
Oversee the implementation of studies and field surveys, to measure satisfaction and to determine the needs and expectations of the concerned/interested groups at the district level, in collaboration with specialized consulting firms
Provide support for standards officials (2, 6.1, 7.1, and 8.1) of the Dubai Government Excellence

Provide data for comparisons of the standard measures, of public opinion in support of standards 6.1, 7.1, and 8.1 of the Dubai Government Excellence
Supervise and coordinate with the concerned organizational units to develop corrective and preventive actions based on the results of field surveys, studies, and contribute in raising the level of performance, and meet the expectations and needs of the concerned / relevant groups
Audit on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by the organizational units concerned, by managing the relationship with the categories included in the study regularly and monitoring the results of studies, and provide leadership to the team

Document all the results of studies and research projects, to measure satisfaction and identify the needs and expectations of dealers at the district level, and disseminate the results at the district level

Educational requirements:

Degree in the relevant business area with additional Post Graduate certifications or Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma and relevant certifications

Experience requirements:

A minimum of 8 – 10 years of relevant experience with exposure to leading projects, producing
analytical reports with recommendations, improving business processes, work simplification solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, leading functional teams in projects
