Job – Process Lead – ( JM)
- Process Lead of the AP process, Managing on time and accurate delivery of AP related business processes and services for all Business Units of IFFCO Group.
- To drive and achieve the defined SLA and Key Performance Indicators for AP related business process
- Provide assistance to the Team lead & Tower lead of AP
- Identifying the knowledge gaps in the team members and train the team to overcome the same
- To analyze the AP reports accuracy & highlight the differences
- To identify and fix the issues after posting of invoice un-till supplier gets paid
- To publish the dashboard for supplier recon, control frame-work, etc. to management.
- To work with Project team in implementation of process digitization with hands on experience in OCR/ICR, RPA & AP Workflows.
- To train and mentor the Process executives & Sr. Process executives on the payment processing, Urgent payment desk, reconciliation, Invoice processing, helpdesk, AP Exception process, AGIS processes.
- To track and report the individual performance of the team
- To identify and develop the backup / successor for the continuity of the role requirement.
- Process documentation, Payment processed report, Urgent desk SLA
- Critical to Business Suppliers Reconciliation, Monitoring and publishing
- POT, Supplier queries
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) \
- TAT, Accuracy on invoices booking and payments
- Number of critical suppliers queries managed
- Supplier reconciliation process
- Reporting’s and Dashboards
- Process documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Management (Finance)
Work Experience
- 3-6 years of work experience in Finance, Accounts Payable
Business Skills
- Strong Knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to detect the gaps and propose the solution
- Ability to document the process
Technical Skills
- Advanced excel spreadsheet knowledge
- Excellent knowledge in Oracle ERP, especially in Oracle AP and Cash Management module with clear understanding of charts of accounts, General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledgers
Personal Skills
- Strong communication skills at both lower and upper levels of management
- Professional & positive attitude with a willingness to learn and drive improvements and efficiency
- Excellent presentation skills · Analytical skills
