Job Title – Trading Process Advisor Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain work processes for Trading and Scheduling
Ensure effective processes for identifying and resolving transactional issues

Facilitate power user networks to drive better systems understanding to users
Understand and support priorities from key stakeholders in-region, with a balance between local and global priorities
Identification of training requirements and providing expert input to training material creation

Focal point for other functional organizations and IT Projects when they are proposing changes that impact the end-to-end supply chain processes
Advise on system and process projects through business requirements and change management

Educational requirements:

Be a self-starter, take initiative & strong influence without direct authority
Have trading business knowledge
Be analytical, logically minded and promote use of technology solutions

Be process oriented with strong continuous improvement mindset
Have strong communication and analytical capabilities
Have the ability to coach and mentor

Be educated to degree level or higher qualification

Experience requirements:

Have experience in the trading and supply chain process area
