Job Title – Success factors Consultant Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Success factors, EC hand on configuration and expertise in the areas of Position Management, Foundational Objects, MDF, Workflows, pick list management, RBP, Time off, data models and Ad hoc Reports in Employee Central.
- Worked on configuring employee files/people profile and customization of Employee Central portlets like personal info, job info, etc. using Manage Business Configurations.
- Worked with Data migration to upload employee data and foundational data.
- Good Knowledge in International payroll, MENA, and SEA Payroll
- Having strong exposure on SAP HCM sub modules like PA, OM, PY, and Time Management.
- Expertise on integration between SF and SAP HCM or S/4 HANA.
- Strong analytical skills on data replication logs, debugging skills to find the root cause analysis independent.
- Knowledge of RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM and LMS Modules
- A consultant should always plan of activities, timeline, and signed-off configuration workbook. System Integration Testing and playing critical role in helping business owners to test in UAT phase.

Experience requirements:
- Applicant should have 10+Yrs of SAP HCM and SF Experience with 4-5 implementations/Support and rollout exposure is required.
