Role Purpose	The role support the business users to identify, define and design their business processes on Unifier. This role is part of the PMIS Center of Excellence and the high quality of service Corporate IT provides to the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
System Administration	Perform Administration tasks / create/maintain / amend/disable users
User Support	Respond to general assistance requests in accordance with existing service levels. Provide technical issue resolution and basic user training.
PMIS HelpDesk	Work with the PMIS Helpdesk to log all system issues in the PMIS Helpdesk that are not able to be resolved internally. Coordinate change requests and system enhancements. Approve testing (UAT) and signal readiness for migration to PROD on behalf of Corporate IT. Manage and co-ordinate until a solution is provided and fix applied to the system. Assist with user communication during issue resolution. In coordination with the vendor, provide monthly system usage and exception reports.
Interfacing with Sectors and Regions	The Lead of PMIS – Unifier works closely with the Business (Sectors & Regions) to identify their expectations, provide demos, gather requirements, design business processes and provide training. The Unifier Lead acts as an internal consultant to the business.

Educational requirements:
