About TASNEE

Job Title – Advisor, Business Performance Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Lead the tasks related to the development, management, and implementation of performance improvement activities within SBUs, BUs and departments
Identify potential improvement areas and propose recommendations
Contribute to developing performance improvement plans, initiatives, and measurement strategies in concert with strategic goals and identify opportunities

Apply concepts, principles, theories, and techniques to systematically execute performance improvement projects
Lead tasks to achieve operational excellence at BU / department critical processes to deliver high quality services
Provide consultancy / advise and support various functions within Tasnee to bridge the gap in achieving their targets

Ensure effective stakeholder management
Support GM Business Process Management and Improvement to establish policies, procedures, and guidelines to follow best practices on performance improvement management and execution
Monitor progress of ongoing tasks and follow-up on the completed tasks to ensure sustainability

Educational requirements:

University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Professional Qualification in Project Management or Strategy is a plus

Track record of successfully delivering performance improvement initiatives, business process re-engineering tasks and projects
Leadership, planning and organizing
Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

Highly motivated, keen to learn and collaborate with counterparts
Business planning, financial analysis and project management
Stakeholder management at both the executive level and down through the management layers

Experience requirements:

5 years’ experience preferably in performance improvement, project management, transformation or business analysis.

Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
