Job – Business Development Manager

Job Description:

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand Company’s footprint and build positive top-of-mind awareness.
• Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team.
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process with Company’s marketing and project management teams.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:-

Minimum experience:                     More than 15+ Years
GCC experience (if yes):                  Minimum 05 Years
Field / Industry of experience:      Residential & Non-Residential (Commercial,                                                                                                Industrial, Institutional, and Engineering)
contracting exposure:                     07 Years

QUALIFICATION:-

Minimum Qualification:                  Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
