Job – Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall management of Business Development across the PM/CM Division to ensure the delivery of quality collateral on time.
• Identify and develop potential new clients in both new and existing markets.
• Representing the business externally at networking events, client meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
• Project management including project delivery.
• Partnering with other divisions to manage winning bids.
• Producing prequalification documents and data sheets.
• Preparation of effective and high-quality visual presentations using a range of mediums including PowerPoint.
• Demonstrating true leadership skills, exceptional time management and scheduling skills to ensure resources are utilised in both an effective and efficient manner.
• Reporting to the Country Manager and a member of the senior management team.

Job Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring in excess of 12 years’ experience from a similar professional position in an PM/CM/Engineering Consultancy, with a proven track record in driving and development of new business across Qatar. You will be degree educated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proven track record of strategic business development within a PM environment to service a range of markets including construction, infrastructure and onshore petrochemicals.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, with fluency in both English and Arabic required.
• A proven track record in preparing and developing winning bids.
