Call Centre Supervisor – Job Description
- This opportunity is with a large Retail Company based in Dubai.
- As a Call Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing problems and producing a viable solution
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals.
- Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction
Call Centre Supervisor – Job Requirement
- To be successful you would have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
