Responsibilities:

Job Description
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure that the legal correspondence and summons are addressed and communicated as per legal
requirements and framework.
Follow up the Center Rent dispute settlement decisions and coordinate with relevant legal authorities and entities.
Prepare, maintain and develop cases and grievance database and follow up proper archiving.

Prepare necessary petitions and reports on acceptance or rejection of compromise settlement offers, negotiate with disputants to clarify settlement framework and solution.
Establish legal references to solve legal complaints and grievances and follow up with concerned departments in RTA.
Prepare, review and study legal petitions and arguments from opponents and respond to them.

Prepare and draft petitions and list of claims and prepare list of documents.
Coordinate and follow up related cases with Directorate of Legal Affairs- Dubai Government..
Prepare and participate in legal training programs related to Cases & Grievance.

Provide legal opinion on legal Cases & Grievance.
Perform other related responsibilities related to the position as appropriate
Manage the procedures related to Cases & Grievances raised by or against RTA.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University.

Experience requirements:

7 years of experience in a related field
