Position: Head of Legal & Compliance

• Location, Doha, Qatar
• Contract Type – Long term
• Candidates available locally with a transferable visa will be preferred.

Qualifications & Skills;

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Law, specialization in corporate or commercial law.
• Min 10 yrs experience in legal counsel in a business environment.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law & procedures.
• Expert in contracts review & negotiation, agreements, policies, documents, ensure statutory & legal compliance.
• Ability to identify legal risks in business decisions & advise the management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English & Arabic.
