      - Develop roadmaps and facilitate the execution of partnership agreements, joint ventures, and commercialization for the HWB Divisions.
      - Support the development of strategic plans with the Partnerships & Innovation Senior Manager to decide on appropriate and relative strategic direction and establish near- and long- term goals for HWB Sector.
      - Support in the development of the innovation cycle and integration of innovative practices across the Sector.
      - Develop slides to present plans for the delivery of the partnership and innovation agendas.
      - Conduct analysis of companies and partners in the marketplace that can serve as good solutions to plug into the Divisions’ operating models
      - Conduct due diligence to identify and evaluate strong companies and innovative start-ups that would be good partners for the Health, Wellbeing & Biotech Sector.
      - Analyse corporate innovation practices and engage parties to design and deliver multiple horizons of development through organization structure, innovation labs, venture studios, coordination with internal NEOM entities, and external innovators
      - Support the management of business and innovation partnerships
      - Support the management of contracts, projects, and projects that support the design and implementation of HWB’s Partnership and Innovation objectives
      - Develop slides and periodic reports detailing project activities and the Department’s plans and achievements.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience requirements:

5+ years of experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering customer experience projects or related initiatives.
Solid understanding of CX principles, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and design methodologies.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
