Responsibilities:

• Develop the necessary components for the Value Proposition and fine-tune it for different types of tenants and partners, representing different levels of maturity and industrial focus
• Actively involve in the management of the Innovation Ecosystem Development Strategy, ensuring the engagement with key stakeholders and day-to-day interactions with the R&I team and external consultants
• Manage the development of the components of the Value proposition focused on access to NEOM market, access to talents, knowledge sharing and knowledge exchange platforms and programs, and others, with an involvement of R&I team members and key NEOM Sectors
• Combine efforts with Marketing teams to deliver marketing materials, plan and execute events, and actively participate in website development and digital marketing campaigns
• Develop a comprehensive and effective go-to-market approach for specific types of tenants and different types of NEOM Sectors, leading to onboarding tenants and establishing a practical relationship with external partners
• Build relationships with a set of key NEOM Sectors and their teams, ensure their understanding and their contribution to the Value proposition
• Engage key NEOM Sectors in the development of the Go-to-Market approach, agree on priorities and the focus, and ensure their involvement in the Innovation Ecosystem Development
• Develop a roadmap with a set of key NEOM Sectors to align strategies and agree on key short-term and mid-term activities and initiatives creating value for the sectors and working on the delivery of the R&I objectives
• Work closely with key NEOM Sectors to meet their requirement and ensure their presence in the R&I Campus and District as tenants
• Understand the key NEOM Sectors’ specific need for innovation and secure their involvement in developing Innovation Ecosystem and bringing the right tenants and partners to the Campus
• Develop and manage internal events and knowledge-sharing initiatives engaging a NEOM Innovation community and promoting R&I as a leader and expert in innovation management
• Develop an effective set of channels of prospective tenants and partners relevant to different types of tenants and partners, different industries, and regions, including local and global markets
• Develop and manage the process of activating the channels, keeping them functioning, and delivering new quality leads for prospective tenants and partners
• Fine-tune the process of tenants attraction in a way required for specific types of tenants
• Manage the process of tenant attraction and ensure the involvement of key stakeholders representing the R&I team, OXAGON, and NEOM Sectors
• Track the effectiveness of the process and constantly improve it to ensure a higher success factor and the shortest lead time
• Ensure the onboarding of early tenants and engagement with key partners by the end of 2023
• Contribute to shaping the overall team culture through own behaviors and supporting and coaching other team members
• Contribute to delivering against overall team targets and ensuring that the team is high-performing
• Contribute to setting a standard of professional behavior for OXAGON and NEOM
• Support other team members, if needed, keep transparent about own plans and deliverables, and ensure alignment with other team members
• If needed, recruit and develop direct reports

Educational requirements:

Experience requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business development and innovation management
• 5+ years of project management experience, business analysis, and business strategies
• Experience working with startups and R&D centers, developing an ecosystem of innovation
• Experience with some of the key NEOM Sectors (Energy, Water, Food, Mobility, Wellness, wellbeing, and Biotech, Tech, and Digital, Education) as well as Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Experience with valuation, scouting, and screening of businesses
• Experience in developing business cases and financial models
• Experience in working with different markets and cultures (preferably MENA, ASIA, USA)

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in one of the above fields is also desirable MBA is desirable Experience in management consulting is desirable A certificate in Finance is desirable
