Energy Tendering Manager Job description

• Manage engineering resources and commitments.
• Work with sales and business development teams to gather key project details such as utility data, facility profiles, site drawings, system operating characteristics
• Set and review priorities and efficiency targets with clients.
• Coordinate with execution department to manage pre bid audits
• Visit project sites to assess and document building, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing systems

Requirements

• Must have CEM Certification
• Investigate, analyze, and document energy conservation and water cost reduction measures
• Audit Sites as required and set auditing requirements and needs
• Able to conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles, end-use analysis, and retro fit analysis
• Prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and feasibility reports
• Participate in peer review for engineering analysis and project costing
