Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers
  • Develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target
  • Ensure that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales
  • Maintain trustworthy professional relationships with existing as well as the prospective clients
  • Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, and amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have experience personally selling to customers for at least 3-4 years
