Job Title – Inside Sales Executive Sea freight Jobs in Rotterdam, Netherlands

Responsibilities:

Working daily in the sea freight front office, reporting to the Customer Service team leader;
Maintaining relationships with customers, offices and agents and continuously striving for improvements in customer satisfaction;

Issuing and following up on quotations to customers, Aramex offices and agents;
Responsible for performing the work within the set SLAs;
Coordinating and tendering department projects;

Identifying and reporting quality problems and bottlenecks;
Initiating, managing and securing improvement projects;
Ensuring optimal internal and external communication from the team;

Generating, analyzing KPIs and formulating improvement opportunities;
Responsible for the invoicing process in collaboration with the back-office team
Negotiating rates with suppliers for projects;

Relationship management and regular Business reviews with customers
Visiting (potential) customers, together with the Sales Managers;

Educational requirements:
