About PARSONS

Job Title – FACILITIES MANAGER SYSTEMS SME Jobs in Tabouk, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing FM activities to confirm resources are used efficiently
  • Providing documentation and communication regarding specialized organizational processes.
  • Translating a technical concept and making it easier to understand
  • Creating and editing processes to help the FM team perform tasks consistently
  • Supporting leadership in aligning company and personal values with a strategic vision and equipment.
  • Identify key FM System standards.
  • Develop FM System technical scopes of work and KPI’s.
  • Support the development of technical artifacts for the FM team.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Specialized knowledge of CAFM, MEP, HVAC, SCADA, Building Management, FLS, GIS.
  • shall be an authority on a specific area, practice, process, technical method as defined by the FM Team and shall help solve problems or create new processes.
  • Degree / Masters or equivalent work experience in the field of expertise.
  • Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.

 

Experience requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of FM operations  and project management.
  • Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant FM systems
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions.
  • Have applied subject expertise in evaluating FM operations and processes.
  • Have identified areas where technical solutions have improve FM operational performance.
  • Has consulted across FM operations including providing mentorship, and contributing their specialized knowledge in industry including published papers and presentations.
  • Have recommended practical technical solutions and have developed specific artifacts in their area of expertise.
  • Provided subject expertise and guidance to for FM operations.
  • Have overseen the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Have determining if technical solutions have met defined requirements.
  • Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
  • To confirm accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to the end-users.
  • Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Learns quickly.
