Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the smooth and efficient operations of the Investor Care Center (ICC) as it seeks to best serve the needs of OXAGON investors/ tenants and the overall needs of OXAGON and NEOM.
• Set up and lead an ICC Project Management Office (PMO) approach and liaise with the ICC team and other internal and external stakeholders, to efficiently manage, track and report out on the various projects, initiatives and various workstreams of the ICC.
• Create appropriate/ easy to comprehend dashboard(s) and performance reports to support tracking ICC progress and in engaging OXAGON leaders and other stakeholders. Dashboards will be focused on, but not limited to, ICC’s work with investors/ tenants.
• Identifying the different types of OXAGON investor/ tenant onboarding journeys required to onboard investors/ tenants and work with various stakeholders to create and update the various onboarding journeys to ensure they are fit for purpose. This should include clear RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consult, Inform).
• Work with OXAGON Finance, and other stakeholders to manage/ facilitate the management of signed OXAGON leases (signed by industrial tenants). This will involve ensuring all aspects and obligations of the signed leases are executed from all relevant parties.
• Manage all aspects of incoming potential investor queries. This is to include content, processes, triage of inquiries to appropriate OXAGON teams, reporting, and ensuring follow up with potential investors and internal OXAGON/ NEOM teams as needed.
• Support the Director, ICC and ICC/ OXAGON team with various engagements both internally and externally, including but not limited to the preparation of professional-quality communications and other materials.
• Support/ set up appropriate onboarding programs and engagements for ICC new joiners.
• Carry out any other operational, PMO, and other tasks and duties as mutually agreed with the Director, ICC.

Educational requirements:

Experience requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, or in relevant adjacencies.
