• B.S. or M.S. in either Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Prefer candidates with extensive experience in one or more of the following areas of the O&G industry:

1.  Production Engineering
2.  Completions Engineering
3.  Reliability and Integrity Engineering
4. Project Management
5.  Unconventional Asset Management

• Personnel working in this position should have working knowledge in O&G well operations (production processes, wellbore interventions and completions, understand principles of operation for mechanical surface and downhole equipment, instrumentation, control systems), and know basic requirements for safety systems
•  Experience evaluating and managing risk to reach fit for purpose decisions in the O&G context.
• Strong interpersonal skills are needed to ensure effectiveness when communicating and working across the organization to drive improvements

1. Have strong initiative and analytical skill to pro-actively identify and troubleshoot problems / evaluate risk
2. Can demonstrate that they have successfully worked with / collaborated with others to achieve alignment and results as a team (e.g., working across Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Engineering, etc.)
