Job – OPERATIONS LIAISON DIRECTOR

Job Description & Qualifications :

Work closely with the project team to identify and assess operational requirements for the high rise construction project
Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure that all operational needs are properly addressed in the design and construction of the project

Manage the development and implementation of operational procedures and processes for the high rise construction project
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Oversee the procurement of operational equipment and supplies

Monitor and report on the progress of the high rise construction project from an operational perspective
Manage space utilization and negotiate leases and contracts related to project operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, construction management, or business administration
At least 20 years of experience in project management or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience working on high-rise construction projects is a plus
