Job Title – SA Service Tendering Lead Jobs in Dammam, Ash Sharqīyah, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • You as a SA Service Tendering Lead will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • You will be adapting and implement service sales support strategy for designated area in accordance with the regional support strategy.
  • Ensuring technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.
  • Overseeing estimations and bids and proposals ensuring alignment with Hitachi Energy standards and targets. Proactively leading, developing and coaching the sales support team.
  • Responsibilities: Strategy: Implementing and ensuring local sales support strategy.
  • Targets: Ensuring key assigned targets are met to achieve customer support.
  • Proposal development: Overseeing the preparation of proposals through internal and external resources for the assigned region in coordination with Hub Tendering Manager.
  • Ensuring all proposals follow relevant Hitachi Energy procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements.
  • Competitiveness: Ensuring most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer’s conditions.
  • Identifying which approach direct sales, consortium, or channel can be applied to better serve the customer.
  • Terms and conditions: Overseeing the validation of terms and conditions commercial, technical, legal, pricing in each offer in the assigned region.
  • Resource allocation: Assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation for the assigned region.
  • Risk: Supporting bid or no bid analyses and decisions. Leading project risk review processes.
  • Customer: Ensuring support to the service sales organizations during the technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and provides technical support and clarification as needed within the assigned region.
  • People leadership and development: Coaching, motivating and developing indirect subordinates and drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Safety and integrity: Living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
  • Strong background in automation, protection and communication services.
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent team player and solutions oriented.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.

 

Educational requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering electrical or mechanical.

 

Experience requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in T&D industries.
