Job Description & Qualifications :

  • Experience in using the ticketing systems, preferably IBM Resilient.
  • Experience in using the SIEM systems, preferably Splunk or Q-Radar.
  • Experience in using BI reporting tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience working with a customer service-oriented environment.
