Service Sales Manager – Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accountable for the financial performance of the contract – in terms of Revenue / Margin and Growth potential on the portfolio of contracts.

Responsible for achieving and exceeding profitable growth, financial and performance targets.
Responsible for managing demand and quickly qualifying opportunities.
Plan, direct and coordinate services sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objectives.

Responsible to provide a timely and accurate pipeline of projects.
Achieve new contracts through planning, market intelligence and business management plans.
Responsible to identify, and assessing contractual commitments, risks and exposures

Engage with potential clients for new business development or contracts to meet the specific needs of each client.
Expand contract base by creating long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement managers, engineering managers and facility managers.
Conduct presentations on products and services offered to potential clients for building confidence and secure contracts
