Service Sales Manager – Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the financial performance of the contract – in terms of Revenue / Margin and Growth potential on the portfolio of contracts.
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding profitable growth, financial and performance targets.
  • Responsible for managing demand and quickly qualifying opportunities.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate services sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objectives.
  • Responsible to provide a timely and accurate pipeline of projects.
  • Achieve new contracts through planning, market intelligence and business management plans.
  • Responsible to identify, and assessing contractual commitments, risks and exposures
  • Engage with potential clients for new business development or contracts to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Expand contract base by creating long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement managers, engineering managers and facility managers.
  • Conduct presentations on products and services offered to potential clients for building confidence and secure contracts
