Responsibilities:

Job Description

Child vision service:
Receiving and opening case files transferred from Dubai Courts to implement the vision of the fostered in the Community Development Authority and entering data and information on the cases in preparation for the implementation of the vision plans.
Communicate with both parties to implement the vision to notify the sighting dates and inform the rules of seeing the fostered child and the rules for the safety of children and introducing the service in general.
Directly coordinating the vision with the two implementation parties, ensuring the safety of the child, submitting reports in cases of children being harmed, and taking the necessary measures to protect them.

Evaluation of the condition of the fostered child before handing over to the applicant of the vision and after receiving it by filling out the evaluation form, including the physical condition, external appearance and health condition, and informing the custodian of any injuries that occurred to the child during the implementation of the vision and recording them in the report submitted to the concerned specialists.
Preparing and submitting periodic reports of notifications and settlements to the concerned specialists, including the events of the vision, the condition of the fostered child, and its evaluation of the vision session.
Coordinating awareness workshops and seminars related to the vision of the fostered child.

Family counseling and youth programs:

Communicating with partners and concerned authorities related to providing family consultations and following up on coordinating awareness and educational events and programs related to the department’s activity.
Coordinating the appointments and agendas of the department’s staff, specialists, and counseling providers, and providing them with the necessary support.
Entering customers’ data in the database on the electronic system, including case studies, counseling sessions, or vision according to cases, and working to update them continuously, and keeping and archiving all files, records, and records on cases and family consultations for the department.

Preparing, following up, and reviewing periodic reports, statistics, correspondence, and records, and completing any other procedures or operations.
Adhere to the information security policies and procedures approved by the Authority and work to comply with the controls to ensure the confidentiality of information.
