Sales Executive – Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet the Customer and identify his/her requirements.
- Explain the features and performance of the vehicle to the Customer.
- Explain A&S services at the point of sales such as, car registration, insurance and other After Sales Services.
- Suggest optional equipment’s (accessories) for Customer to purchase.
- Achieve the Sales Target set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars.
- Compute and quote sales price, discount, and requirements for financing of vehicles.
- Advise Customers concerning current and future availability of new car models.
- Arrange the delivery of the vehicle to the Customer in coordination with the New Car Storekeeper.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for the car registration and insurance.
- Follow-up with potential Customers.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Used Cars/General Manager.
