ACCOUNT MANAGER – THE ONE WHO TAKES THE LEAD

Account Manager – The One who takes the Lead

Must be in Qatar with a Transferable NOC. Candidates out of Qatar will not be considered.

Experience: 3-5 years.

We are looking for someone experienced who can handle this dynamic position.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Oversee customer account management, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Handle Social, Digital and Offline queries from clients
• Have weekly/ monthly meetings with clients and serve as the company representative
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts)
• Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Handle challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 The main skills required:

• Proven experience of managing Social, Digital and Offline matters
• Awareness of SEO and Reporting tools
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and punctuality
• Leadership and people managements skills
• Time management and problem solving skills
• Research, organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Languages: English- Required, Arabic – Required
