Responsibilities:

MIS Infrastructure
Upgrade and create the complete MI infrastructure back end in conjunction with bank’s IT department to support in the development of a comprehensive customer marketing database in Consumer Banking and the creation of contest/campaign trackers
Dashboards and Reports
Coordinate with segments and products to develop relevant reports and assist in rolling out trackers and dashboards to the business in order to provide relevant and timely information in line with the required standards
Assist in developing the portfolio MIS across business lines and maintain/modify codes and SQL programs to enable creation of automated reports from the bank’s BI systems
Policies, Processes, Systems and ProceduresAdhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Self-Management
Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance

Educational requirements:
