Sales Administrator – Job Description

• Process orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• You will be trained to build relations with potential clients and actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling and sending emails.
• You would support the team by sourcing, selecting, briefing and interviewing candidates from different job recruitment boards.
• You would shortlist candidates and prepare CVs for various job requirements.
• You would provide administrative support, perform clerical duties, filing, preparing documents etc.

Sales Administrator – Job Requirement

• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Key Demographic Requirements – applicants must be based in UAE
