Job Description

Role Purpose:

To assist and back up of MIS Officer (REF) & fractional report to the Portfolio Manager (CRM) in order to design and formulate reports for business activities and set preemptive goals.

Planning and monitoring the day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth portfolio progress.

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

Responsibilities:

To assist MIS Manager with Real Estate Finance Portfolio Reports.
Create Daily & weekly reports for past dues and NPAs
Prepare FIP renewal sheet and coordinate with Banckatakaful for renewal, follow with insurance company for issuing of FIP for new finance cases and existing cases

Monthly reconciliation of GL account related to FIP renewals
Update the reinstatement value for each property from the valuation report.
Formulate & Design product control CAPs on a monthly basis

Keep track of restructured cases
Monthly ORR reconciliation among three systems
Monthly reconciliation of property management status amid MPM & REF

Review approved algo applications to update portfolio sheet with related fields
Any assigned task by management
Prepare PD/ NPA report, and ensure zero FIP expiry, in order to reduce bank’s risk of loss

Ensure Proper and timely information/ reports to RMs enabling them to provide satisfactory services to ADIB customers.
Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost department effectiveness.
Ensure to prepare accurate/ timely reports like Daily, weekly, and monthly reports, enabling management to take proper proactive action
