Job Title – Mechanical Design Section Manager Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Functional Responsibilities
- Supervision of all mechanical design activities.
- Distribution of all tasks and works within mechanical design department.
- Controlling of all mechanical design activities / projects.
- Guiding the mechanical design TEAM in respect of new developments and growing needs.
- Handling all the design developments
- Answerable for all the mechanical design activities / project handling
- Preparing all the mechanical planning till SAP BOM entrance.
- Doing sheet metal design and R&D work on regular basis.
- Doing developments like transition panels / Retrofits / Customization
- Implementation of QC manuals and procedures.
- Complete technical support to project, QC, production, and electrical design departments.
- Planning of all running projects in respect to its completion.
- Mechanical design material planning.
- General Responsibilities
- Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
- Ability to recognize low performance and help or release them.
- Ability to treat people equally without any discrimination.
- The manager’s only assessment criteria being performance leading to delivery of required results.
- Ensure availability of delegation of authorities’ matrix to order to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.

- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.

- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
