Job Title – Partnerships Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnerships strategies according to company’s goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the agency across all services we offer.
- Manage all aspects of partnership growth: prioritization of strategic and financial assessment and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partnership management
- Coach and mentor Partnerships Executives within the Business Development Team on engagement and development strategies that maximise relationships.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partnership relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize deals and tenders in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
- Proactively develops ideas and drafts proposals for partners that demonstrate a clear benefit to both Partner and the company.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience requirements:
- 10 years’ experience in business development, partnership and sponsorship experience.
Desired Skills:
- Prior industry related experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital, Video Production, Social and Mass Media Marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal oriented.
- Must be a native Arabic speaker.
