Job – Senior HR Specialist

Job Description / Requirements:

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies.
• Build, managed& strengthened HR divisions including recruitment/onboarding, benefits, training, performance, promotion, career development, diversity & inclusion, and engagement programs.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  Initiated and updated the implementation and advancement of HR processes.
• Partnering with Stakeholders to ensure that HR is aligned to support the Business Unit.
• Performance Management: Coaching Managers on Performance Management issues and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law.
• company’s employment activities are aligned with practices and costs.
• Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing
  appropriate decision-making skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are hiring a Senior HR Specialist, must have experience in Hospitality Industry, for a Semi-Government Organization in Abu Dhabi.
• Require experience in all Human Resource functions, SPO’s, policies and procedures, Hospitality Recruitment, hospitality standards.
