I believe that every young person who has just entered the workplace has thought about a question: Is it to look for a job to look at the salary, or to look at the future development prospects?

This is like when graduating from university, the teachers mentioned whether to get a job first or choose a job first. Employment represents survival, and career choice represents development and interest. Both are the balance of wages and prospects, more like a balance between reality and dreams.

In fact, there is no contradiction between the two. No matter how low wages in industries with promising prospects (not referring to the company) are, they will not be too low to exceed your expectations. As long as you do well in low-paying jobs, there are also opportunities for development.

In a high probability situation, you may not be able to choose, because although the choices of the two are different, the results are the same.

02. When we choose to believe in a certain point of view, we should not only focus on the results but see some “Unseen factors”.

When you first entered the industry, you should look at the development prospects of the job, such as the company’s talent training program, job orientation, and promotion space. (2). It depends on the nature of the industry.
