Job Title – Learning and Development Executive Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Collects training needs analysis different behavioral and technical training requirements and accordingly develops a list of trainings required by GMG and schedules according to annual training calendar
  • Ensures smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (induction training, orientation plan etc.)
  • Develops and designs training course material including facilitator guides, learner guides, hand-outs and material requiring visual aid (i.e. videos)
  • Studies previous training records and performance management development plans, lists identified training needs, conducts gap analysis and suggests training courses and programs
  • Coordinates with external training vendors to evaluate technical and content expertise, compare training fees and delivery mechanisms
  • Delivers or arranges to deliver training sessions through external vendors to participants ensuring to implement innovative techniques and using best practices
  • Measures training effectiveness of programs, makes improvements and follows up with managers and colleagues in regards to training feedback and adherence to assigned development program
  • Adheres to budgets in conjunction with division training budgets, tracks expenses and presents reports on a regular basis to Learning and Development management
  • Keeps abreast of latest training techniques and ensures updating training material and content when needed

People Management:

  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the GMG’s performance management process
  • Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals and a high performance team.
  • Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement
