Job Title – Learning & Development Manager Jobs in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- To perform a Training Needs Analysis for Worley.
- To design a competency based training and development programme based on the Training Needs Analysis.
- To implement, monitor, evaluate and amend accordingly the effectiveness of the above competency based training and development programme.
- To liaise with managers and employees to establish internal and external training opportunities for selected staff.
- To manage the Training Department budget
- To ensure that all training records are maintained and distributed to the relevant departments.
- To maintain and evaluate training feedback reports.
- To liaise with clients and local/international educational establishments as necessary.
- To produce training aids as appropriate.
- To seek out and create additional learning and development opportunities.
- To endeavour to create a ‘learning ‘culture within.
- To recruit, manage and supervise all training staff as required.
- To represent Worley to external bodies on all matters of training and development.
- To assist other Worley office’s with their training endeavours where possible.
- To interface with recruitment and HR departments on training matters as needed.
