Legal Manager – Job Description

• As an Assistant legal manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance including managing all legal risks, ensuring legal compliance and proper contract management within the organization and ensuring retention of original agreement at the corporate office.
• Drafting responses to various letters, notices etc. issued by statutory & regulatory authorities and advocates as per business requirements.
• Managing and developing the paralegal team and the systems and processes utilized to track and produce legal documents.
