Job – Product Manager

Job Description:

Role Summary:

The ROBIN product team is responsible for managing the full Revenue Cycle Management( RCM) workflow to support operational and financial efficiencies.

The Product Manager will essentially lead on developing best practices and functionalities as well as creating efficiencies through process automations related to the healthcare insurance claims management as well as participate in the financial success of the product development mile stones and sales targets and recommendations to improve solutions relevance and innovation through the additions of system features; participate on, and lead, work groups and committees; supervise assigned staff that will include business subject matter experts in RCM, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Software Engineers, Business and Data Analysts and Business Rules Authors.

The role will be responsible for enhancing product efficacy through overseeing the creation and implementation of process automation through the continuous assessment and analysis of workflows, review of market practice as well as review and maintenance of payer processes and protocols. Thereby increasing operational and overall business efficiency.

The ROBIN Product Manager will work closely the technology solution and business services delivery teams to create and deliver the services and products to the market and is responsible for the whole product.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short and

long-term releases.

– Completely oversee and manage the software development lifecycle.

– Manage the development process and the team members to ensure a quick and efficient product launch.

– Support the sales team during technical product review and design discussions.

– Develop a complete product requirements and development roadmap.

– Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.

– Responsible for product launch and release plans.

– Develop and deliver meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences.

– Work with Training team to develop product training plan.

– Act as a product champion and achieve with the client the expected financial and operational efficiencies.

– Keep products current with changing market needs.

– Prepare status report on the progress of the projects.

Core Responsibilities:

– Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and

long-term releases.

– Lead the implementation and engagement with the clients, setting & monitoring targets and evaluating

performance and quality of their delivery.

– Participate in business and process design discussions internally as well as externally with regulators, providers

and payer teams to define and refine the business and functional requirements.

– Manage the product backlog queues in terms of deadlines and quality of delivery

– Accountable for testing and quality by leasing directly with the quality assurance and software testing teams.

Job Qualifications:

A] Professional Qualifications:

– Post graduate degree in Healthcare Informatics/Management or related experience is preferred.

– Deep understanding of the UAE Revenue Cycle Management processes and best practices is must.

– Any additional professional certifications in line with the role will be an added advantage.

B] Technical Knowledge & Experience:

8+ years ’of work experience in the GCC markets, out of which 5 years in a senior level role is a must.

– Experience or exposure to Healthcare Medical Billing Claims Management under a major payer or provider

UAE/KSA or internationally.

– Experience in hospital operations and a general understanding of revenue cycle with an emphasis on billing,

coding and charge capture desirable.

– Experience with implementing HIS and RCM solutions is highly desired.

– Familiarity with Rule Edits or Business Rules Management Systems technologies and tools.

– Good knowledge in the healthcare/ insurance sector in UAE or KSA would be highly preferred.

– Knowledge of medical terminology, ACHI, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10AM/CM, CDM and contract management. Medical

Coding certifications is an added advantage.

– Familiarity with cloud solutions and Software as a Service (SaaS), technologies and platforms highly desirable.

– Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining software products.

– Ability to work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details

– Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift

priorities as necessary.

– Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication.
