Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Regional Franchise network, including setting goals and targets, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Manage a team of sales resources to effectively support the Regional Franchise network. Coach and support them to achieve their goals and targets.

Provide sales training and coaching to the Regional Franchises and their teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to sell effectively and achieve their targets.
Analyse sales data, performance, market, and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure campaigns and initiatives align to the Company strategy and deliver the required outcomes for the business.
