About Aramex

Job Title – IT Executive Jobs in Amman, Jordan

Responsibilities:

Continuously support and address all country employee’s IT technical issues including branch visits across the country.
Resolve all employee’s Helpdesk requests.

Assist Aramex clients with setting up e-tools including client visits.
Arrange for any new hardware/software requests.
Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.

Maintain local servers and Server room infrastructure .
Ensure implementation of the latest software security patches and updates.
Follow up with all internet connections and ISP providers.

Maintain all network infrastructure.
Responsible for the Backup solution.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering/Information Systems/computer science.
English Proficiency.
Basic Knowledge of networks.

Basic Knowledge of Windows server roles and features.
Basic Knowledge of virtualization.
Basic Knowledge of SQL DB.

Good knowledge of computer maintenance and end-user support.
Communication and problem-solving skills
IP Telephony is a plus.

A+ is a plus.
CCNA is a plus.
MCSA is a plus.

Car is a plus.
