Job – Business Development Officer
Job Description:
- Compiles prequalification exercises and other registration documents, as required, for his/her region, under supervision and approval of the BSD Supervisor.
- Assists the BSD Supervisor in various daily tasks, clerical or involving paperwork, as may be required.
- Organizes centralized (or regional) photographic archives and prepares project lists (completed projects, projects in progress, specific experience, etc.) and other material needed for prequalification purposes,
- Keeps and updates archives of project documents and files, required by the IMS Quality System, and sees for the timely and precise completion of related forms. excel sheets, etc.
- Provides input and text, as required, in such tasks as the updating of the company’s website (or intranet), company news, preparation of brochures and other company literature, power-point presentations, photographs, creation of CDs, etc.
- Maintains a central filing system and keeps copies of prequalification and other submissions and registrations, as well as material needed for publicity and other promotional purposes (CDs, brochures, different versions of presentations translations, etc.)
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management. Any additional qualification will be an advantage.
- Up to 3 years of experience in similar position with work experience in multinational preferably in an industrial or EPC construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of English, oral and written.
- Ability to solve problems combined with a positive and can-do attitude.
- A good team player with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.
