· The HR Specialist will coordinate with the HR Manager and run the daily operations of the HR department. Managing onboarding, off-boarding, employee relations, compliance, and activities of the company.

Job Qualifications:

• Creating an HR Department plan and assisting with all internal and external HR-related matters.• Coordinate employee improvement plans and performance management.• Maintaining attendance records, digital files for employees and their documentation, and benefits.• Working together with management, planning, and managing the end-to-end process of recruitment to ensure fulfillment of capability requirements.

• Develop an onboarding plan, and train newly hired staff about HR policies, internal processes, and regulations.

• Assist the operations in addressing employee complaints and taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who break rules and regulations.

• Handle employee queries daily and ensure resolutions in a timely manner.

• Ensure that the HR policies are up to date and that all employees from time-to-time avail of the benefits.

• Processing the payroll, including updating employees’ files weekly/monthly, addition, deletion, vacation, sick leave, absence, job descriptions, and reimbursement.

• Maintain confidential and accurate HR files/data as well as handle other HR duties as needed.
